This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment of goods purchased through NightArtGallery.com (“Website”), operated by Night Art Gallery, a Minnesota-based entity (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order through the Website, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms set forth herein.

Scope of Service
We ship exclusively to addresses located within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories outside the contiguous United States.

Shipping Methods and Rates
Unless otherwise specified by the Customer at the time of checkout, the Company shall select the most cost-effective shipping method available, inclusive of insurance coverage to protect against loss or damage in transit. Customers may elect to specify a preferred carrier or service level, subject to availability and applicable surcharges.

Standard flat-rate shipping fees are assessed as follows:

  • Economy Shipping for orders weighing 0 to 5 pounds: $9.99
  • Economy Shipping for orders weighing 5 to 20 pounds: $19.99
  • Complimentary Economy Shipping for orders totaling $500.00 or more

Estimated delivery time for Economy Shipping is five (5) to eight (8) business days from the date of shipment. Delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within two (2) to three (3) business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Upon shipment, Customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Risk of Loss and Title
All shipments include insurance coverage. Title to and risk of loss for the products shall pass to the Customer upon confirmed delivery by the designated carrier. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery confirmation.

Shipping Exceptions
The Company reserves the right to adjust shipping rates, methods, or carriers based on package dimensions, weight, destination, or other logistical considerations. We may, at our sole discretion, decline to ship to certain addresses deemed undeliverable or high-risk.
